... falling on my head like a memory.
Anyway, I realized only after I got a journal from another friend on here that I haven't been keeping up-to-date on this journal. I found my actual blog again (after months of procrastination), and started ranting in that. Not that anything's really bad. Just a lot of stuff has been happening.
So, school is over. I still have my final to complete in Programming class, but I hope to get that done before the weekend is over. I'm not going to that high school ever again. I won't ever see that teacher ever again. Unfortunately, I won't be seeing the teachers I like much anymore, either. I guess, since I'm going to the nearby community college, that I'll be visiting them.
That should mean that I can get shit done, but that's far from the truth.
I told Ralph (the owner of the pizzeria I've been working at), that the days I didn't request off over the summer, I would be able to work most of them. I have a huge feeling he'll be taking advantage of that. Tyler (the guy I drew as Batman) put in his two weeks notice yesterday. I know where he lives, but still. Jake says that he's stepping down as manager, and if he doesn't get Tyler's hours as a driver, he's quitting. I told him he has to keep me in his loop. I am not losing that guy. I finally got Nate to talk tonight (I kept shouting "speak" at him when he decided he needed to get a point across through gestures; I dunno what's up with that), and he said that if he gets more hours, or the same old shit continuously dumped on him, he'll probably leave. That leaves pretty much just Gary. Jake said that Kevin is going to be trained as a manager in Jake's place. That's going to be weird. Dewey is going off to the marines. Zach is going off to some college. Owen says he's most likely going to quit sometime this summer. Mike, I think, is going off to the army or something. So the only people really staying are me, Kevin, new girl, and Ben. I have no idea what Natalie is doing once summer is over. I'll be used by Ralph to take up the slack where he isn't bringing in new people. We'll have to train a whole new crew. This is going to suck!
Over the next few weeks, I need to get things picked up around the house, too. My graduation party is coming up in a few weeks, and while I haven't heard from a lot of people, I know half of the people I work with are coming. Tyler said he wants to bring a mini keg.
I've seen him drunk ... he's a teddy bear. That occasionally bites. Literally. He gave me a hug, though.
So I don't know when I'm ever going to be able to get to my art and shit. I just have so much that needs getting done. Plus, I told Jake that whenever he plans something, I want to tag along. He's up with that. Work just better pan out in my favor when he hits me up. With my luck, it probably won't.
